OBEDIENCE FOUNDATIONS​

No Foundations class offered in Session 3, sorry.​

• Start your Obedience journey off on the right paw, or get back on track, in Obedience Foundations with Aubrey!  

• In this class, beginning Obedience skills will be taught while having FUN doing it!  Even if your dog knows "sit" this is the class to start with to lay the foundations for a successful Obedience journey!

OBEDIENCE SKILLS - ADVANCED

Thursdays 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM - 6 week session - $145

• Ongoing Obedience class for those who have mastered Obedience Foundations and are looking to continue their Obedience journey.

• In this class, Advanced Obedience skills will be taught and perfected!  Learn to teach your dog Jumping, Retrieving, Hand Signals, and continue to work on Heeling while having FUN doing it!

• In this class, individual Rally skills will be worked on.  Perfect your performance of each sign's requirements as Aubrey leads you in fun drills to get your Rally skills to the next level!

• Pawlates – Tricks & Fitness for Dogs is a fun, low-impact class designed to engage both your dog’s body and mind. Dogs of any age can participate, with exercises easily modified for seniors, beginners, or those with physical limitations. Using creative props, we’ll teach tricks while building strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence. It’s a positive, enriching way to keep your dog happy, healthy, and mentally sharp! 🐾​​​​​​​​​

INTRODUCTION TO RAT HUNTING CLASS

• This 6 week class is for beginner dogs and handlers.  

• Learn about the sport - the ins & outs and dos & don'ts!  

• Build drive in your pup, teach safe climbing and tunneling.  

• Get ready to enter your first trial! 

• Open to dogs of any age.  (If bringing a young pup, consult your veterinarian regarding your pup's protection against diseases.  Dogs don't interact with each other in this class, but may be in close proximity to each other.)

• Bring a chair for yourself, a crate or mat for your pup, a leash that is easy to get on & off, and lots of small treats

• Class is limited to 4 dogs

FRIDAY NIGHT RAT HUNTING FUN​​

Fridays 6:30 PM - $25 per dog per week - REGISTER​​

• This weekly class is for dogs and handlers experienced in Rat Hunting and will offer a different game each week to challenge each team's skills!

• Pick and choose the weeks you want to participate - you will register for each week separately

• Classes are limited to 10 dogs. 

• Each dog will get 2 runs - the best score will count toward crowning the night's winner.

• If 5 dogs register for the class that week, expect the class to last about an hour.  If 10 dogs register for the class that week, expect the class to last 2 hours.

• Different rat hunting related games will be offered each week​

  • Mar 20 - Tunnel, Tunnel, Tunnel! - Dog must tunnel after each rat is found!

  • Mar 27 - Lean Into It - Every bale has a leaner!

  • April 3 - Tunnel First - Dog must tunnel before finding a rat!

  • April 17 - Don't Move - The entire course is a Distance Challenge!

  • April 24 - Holy Fluff - Large fluff piles and bridges everywhere!​​

INTRO TO SCENTWORK with Bernadette

Tuesdays 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM - 6 week session - $145

April 14 - May 19 REGISTER

• Scentwork for dogs is a fun, confidence-building activity that uses their powerful sense of smell to find hidden odors, mimicking professional detection work. Beginners start with simple "find it" games, gradually increasing difficulty by hiding items in different locations, using scent boxes, and teaching the dog to give a clear "alert" (like sitting or pawing) when they find the target smell. It strengthens the bond, provides mental stimulation, and can be done anywhere with minimal equipment.

ADVANCED  SCENTWORK with Bernadette

Tuesdays 7:45 PM - 8:45PM - 6 week sessions, $145 per session

• This advanced Scentwork class builds on the foundational skills, teaching dogs to find target odors (birch, anise, clove) in increasingly complex environments (elevated, inaccessible, paired with distractions) across all four elements (interior, exterior, vehicles, container), preparing them for competition and enhancing their independent searching and problem-solving abilities with advanced hide placements and complex scenarios. 

CONFORMATION RUN-THRU with Stephanie

Wednesday March 18th 6pm - 8pm - $15 per handler

Wednesday March 25th 6pm - 8pm - $15 per handler

• Join us at OPE for our Conformation Run-Thru Drop-In class, held Wednesdays from 6 PM to 8 PM for just $15 per handler. This Run-Thru is perfect for handlers looking to refine their skills, and multiple dogs per handler are welcome! Enhance your dog's performance in a supportive yet fun environment! This is a drop-in run-thru and pre-registration isn't required. Stop in any time from 6-8pm.
